Standing in front a classroom full of teenagers and later on, at big budget advertising shoots for Playstation, I could not help but feel absolutely out of place.

Fast forward to today: I have taught classic & somatic meditation classes for more than 6 years both on & offline. As a certified Neuro Emotional Integration therapist, I combine these worlds and share my work with anyone seeking to feel at home within their own skin again.

My work continuously fulfills me to depths my ego would never have thought I could’ve embodied.
